Tim Jeans, managing director of Monarch Scheduled says, “Lisbon is the last outpost of the high fares and poor service offered by airlines like BA and TAP Air Portugal. The city is a gem, left largely unnoticed until Euro 2004 brought the city to the attention of everyone.
